Hey! So you're here because you either:

1. Unsure of the right fit for you

2. You just want to return a pair you just copped :(

Here we can help you with both issues!

For 1, feel free to email us about your size questions and you will receive a reply within 1-3 business days. Dm @honeyheavens or @honeyheavenssoles on Instagram and receive a reply within minutes!

Example:

You may be a size 10 in Air Force ones and a size 9 in Huaraches

We know our sizes and fits of our shoes so we can definitely help you if you don't know your size for a specific shoe

For 2, Please note that we do not accept returns on used items, items that do not fit, items you simply changed your mind on etc. Sometimes you have a change of heart..we get it! There is a 24 hour window where you can cancel your purchase with no repercussions if you don't want them anymore. Just know that we have the lowest prices around, guaranteed.

We DO give refunds if there is a major defect in your shoe or if we sent you the wrong size. Basically, if we mess us we will fix it no matter what. We will cover return fees as necessary and will send you a label to use to send back the shoes. Any postage purchased to return shoes without our agreement is not compensable.

Shipping fees cannot be refunded as this money goes to the shipping company, not us.
